LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Workshops on topics like interview skills and Public Speaking are held by our own officers and by professionals at each general meeting. Members can also develop essential soft skills by running and holding chapter officer positions at the local, state, and national levels.
ACADEMIC COMPETITIONS
Members demonstrate their expertise in areas including business, computer science, and digital design at high-profile regional, state, and national competitive events. The top students are recognized with trophies and cash awards.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
From helping out at the Brookwood Community to gift wrapping at the Krause Children’s Center to donating cans, FBLA offers its members the opportunity to help out their community. This year, there will also be virtual volunteering opportunities like creating workout videos for Brookwood and writing thank you notes to essential workers.
CONNECT AND NETWORK
Members can meet new friends and hang out with old friends in fun and exciting socials held monthly. The Easter social where the annual egg-hunt takes place and the Christmas social with karaoke, gingerbread house decorating, and Santa are always memorable.
